How to start to like exercising

There are many times I hear people saying that they cannot find motivation, energy or time to exercise. One of the ways how to overcome this is by finding an exercise style you like, a gym you prefer or a workout buddy which actually could be your personal trainer you can workout together.
The easiest way to to start is by listening to yourself and asking questions what do you want to get out of your workout sessions. Answers vary like:
1) I want to loose weight,
2) I want to be healthier,
3) I want to change my body composition,
4) I like specific trainer or a gym.
Whatever is your motivation, I am here in every step of the way, for you to achieve your fitness potential.
